Subject of the agreement<\/h2>\n<p>By confirming a booking on www.solcar.es, the customer rents a vehicle of the selected category for the dates, pickup location and return location specified during the booking process. The specific conditions regarding the vehicle, extras, additional drivers, mileage and civil liability are detailed in the Commercial Conditions and in the rental agreement signed at vehicle pickup.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Price, currency and taxes<\/h2>\n<p>All prices shown on the website are expressed in <strong>euros (EUR)<\/strong> and <strong>include the VAT (21%)<\/strong> applicable in Spain. The final booking amount is calculated based on the rental days, vehicle group, selected extras and any applicable surcharges (time-slot surcharges, additional driver, out-of-office pickup\/return, etc.) and is clearly displayed before the payment is confirmed.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Payment methods<\/h2>\n<p>Payment of the booking is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) through the secure payment gateway of <strong>Banco Sabadell<\/strong>. At no time does SOLCAR store the full card details: card data entry takes place directly on the bank&#8217;s gateway, with strong cardholder authentication (3D Secure 2.0 \/ PSD2).<\/p>\n<p>The charge is applied at the time of confirming the booking. The customer will receive a <strong>booking receipt<\/strong> by email with the booking number and the charge details.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Booking cancellation and refund<\/h2>\n<p>The customer may cancel the booking at any time by email to <strong>info@solcar.es<\/strong> or by phone at <strong>+34 627 330 000<\/strong>, quoting the booking number.<\/p>\n<p>Refund terms are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>More than 48 hours before<\/strong> the scheduled pickup time: refund of <strong>100%<\/strong> of the amount paid.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Between 48 and 24 hours before<\/strong> the scheduled pickup time: refund of <strong>50%<\/strong> of the amount paid.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Less than 24 hours before<\/strong>, no-show, or pickup outside the tolerance window set in the Commercial Conditions: <strong>no refund<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Refunds are processed to the same card used for the booking. The maximum crediting term is <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> from the cancellation confirmation; the time it takes to appear on the bank statement may depend on the card issuer&#8217;s conditions.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Booking modification<\/h2>\n<p>Changes to dates, times, location or vehicle group may be requested through the same channels as cancellation. They are subject to availability and to the tariff in force at the time of the modification. If the recalculated price is lower, the difference is not refunded; if it is higher, the customer must pay the difference before pickup.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Early return of the vehicle<\/h2>\n<p>In case of <strong>early return<\/strong> of the vehicle during an already started rental, SOLCAR will refund the amount corresponding to the days not used, as set out in the <a href=\"https:\/\/solcar.es\/en\/commercial-conditions\/\">Commercial Conditions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/h2>\n<p>This agreement is governed by Spanish law.
